Q H & M Birt currently employ six Certificate 4 Trainer Assessors (TAE 40110),

who are also affiliated with Registered Training Providers and can perform

nationally recognised RII assessments.

Combined these trainer assessors have a total of more than 80 years of experience as operators and a number of them are also qualified supervisors.

Our company has a large fleet of Wheel Scrapers and we demonstrated our commitment to up-skilling our  workforce when we purchased the first Wheel tractor Scraper simulator in Australia.  With this simulator we are able to give our trainees one-on-one training in a safe and controlled environment as well as being able to fine-tune the skills of our experienced work force as well.
