HEALTH & SAFETY
The importance of providing a safe workplace and creating a sustainable safety culture is embraced at every level within our organisation. Our Health and Safety Management system is accredited to AS4801 and undergoes regular third-party audits. The backbone of our system is our hazard analysis and risk management processes which we insist must be applied to every task we do.
The system is deployed and managed by our entire management team, with our fully trained HSE personnel taking an active role in consulting with employees, monitoring the system and championing compliance and continuous improvement through tools such as safety interactions and planned job observations.
QUALITY
Our Quality Management System meets the provisions of ISO9001. The system is deployed and maintained by our dynamic team of professional and dedicated engineers, surveyors and soil testers who understand our Client’s specifications and the core principals of: conformance, traceability and continuous improvement.
We attribute our continued success in the timely delivery of our projects to our detailed planning and implementation of project controls including: progress measurement, cost control, scheduling and forecasting. We pride ourselves on our reporting systems and derive satisfaction from exceeding our Client’s expectations in this area.
